EDUCATE

EDUCATION IS KEY

Most of the clients we work with are first time 1031 Exchange buyers. We make sure to educate them on not only the process of the 1031 Exchange, what to expect, and most importantly what assets are best for the replacement property.

ADVISE

Raem Capital starts advising well before the closing of the relinquested asset. We like to start working with clients well before they close on their property and entering into an exchange so that we can advise on structure, strategy and overall game plan for the 1031 Exchange. We bring with us a team of professionals, from tax accountants, legal counsel, debt resources and other services providers to ensure that all the bases of the exchage are covered.

NEGOTIATE

Ream Capital works alongside our cliients to idenitdy and negoattie the properties that could successfully complete their exchange. Since we have a very good handle on the market we understand what market prices are and how to negotaite deals in a way that enables our clients to secure them for their exchange.

CLOSE

Ream Capital works to complete our clients exchange successfully through the close of escrow. We ensure all proper 1031 documentation has been completed and funds are released so that the 1031 has a successful completion. Additionally we will ensure that our clients CPA has what they need on the accounting side.
